Who we are
We're Constitution State Services, a third-party administrator for workers compensation claims, general liability claims, commercial auto claims and property claims. Headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut, we're a subsidiary of The Travelers Companies, Inc. and have been providing claim management and risk control services for over 40 years.
Who we serve
Our customers are large organizations that contract with us for Claim administration. We collaborate closely with claim managers, risk managers, insurance buyers and brokers, to provide custom insights and recommendations that position them for success.
